Terms of Condition

Payment is through PayPal ONLY
Do not sell or claim as your own.
I have the rights to all commissions made by me (@ahooaki / @ahoo).
I have rights to my own characters (if you wish to commission my characters)
I have the right to deny a commission (if uncomfortable with the order/tight schedule).
Partial payment (50% of total) is required upfront through PayPal invoice with the attached picture of the sketch. You may also pay in full.
Returning customers (commission history of 4 minimum) will receive a 10% discount on their order.

Process and refund policy

Commissions may take a month of completion or earlier (may change depending on complexity, schedule, amount of orders and health.)
Revisions are allowed strictly during the sketching stage only.
If changes are needed after rendering process, additional charge will be applied.
Strictly no refund once invoice is sent and commission is in progress.
Finished commission will be sent through your email.
